Lack of structured learning in AI/ML, leading to a fragmented understanding of key concepts.

A weekly-based learning structure covering in-depth AI/ML topics alongside microservice architecture, Node.js, and SDLC, with hands-on practice.

1. A  practice project for the interns to make them familiar to the dev practices.

2. A full design or template of the project to follow whenever practicing during the training.

1.Make sure the interns do not suffer from infrastructure problems like laptops and RAM problems in their systems.

2. Ensure the Employee/intern is able to communicate everything with their team leads and seniors.

I had this issue of infrastructure where I had to work on my personal laptop which was painfully slow to code on. It took me hours to unlock the laptop and create builds, which was a waste of time .

 

1. To ensure the professional laptops are handed over to employees on time without any delay.

2. Choose some professionals within the team and start spending 10-15 min daily on communication classes.
